Window Treatment and Custom Orders:
At Willow Bloom Home, we take pride in the finish quality and design of our window treatments. All of our products are inspected before it leaves the studio. Because each order is custom and made to-order, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
All custom orders processed through our support team via phone or email are final sale, and cannot be canceled at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: Measurements given for all custom work are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers will have 24 hours from placement of orders to cancel.
All wallpapers, regular price or marked down are final sale. Please contact Willow Bloom Home in the event you receive your wallpaper damaged. For claim purposes, wallpaper cannot be cut or trim. Damage claims or returns will be automatically rejected.
Pillows may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Must be postmarked within the 7 days. Original receipt must be included. Purchased items that are returned damaged, stained, or used will not be elligable for a refund. Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
All headboards are final sale with the exception of manufacturer's defect. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your headboard.
Hardware may be returned within 14 days of purchase, excluding the Crown Collection Hardware. Items must be returned in original package and be resalable as new. Poles that are cut cannot be returned. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for all hardware returns. Items cannot be used or have any signs of damage or previous install.
All Wall Art:
All art work or textile art is final sale and cannot be returned. Please notify Willow Bloom Home within 3 days of receiving your order.
In the event an item is damaged during transit or you find a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving. We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges, credits, and refunds will be for item purchase price only. Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
All Fabric Samples are final sale.
All Wallpaper Samples are final sale.
All Trim Samples are final sale.
All clearance or sale items are final sale.

Once the return is checked and approved, we will issue the refund using the original method of payment.
Please note that dye lots can vary and material samples viewed can differ from the actual fabric, wallpaper, or trim. Willow Bloom Home is not responsible for material, color changes caused by age (including direct sun exposure), premature shrinkage caused by a dry environment, or damaged finishes due to customer negligence. Willow Bloom Home does not warranty fabrics for wear, durability, cracking, stretching or fading.
Willow Bloom Home warrants to the original purchaser (“purchaser”) that its window coverings (“products” or the “product”), when correctly installed and operated in strict accordance with the installation instructions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).
Subject to the following warranty exclusions, any products or parts determined to be defective during the Warranty Period will be repaired or replaced by Willow Bloom Home at no-charge to the purchaser.
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Willow Bloom Home products or parts which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, color-fading due to sunlight, atmospheric conditions, direct exposure to slat air, over-steaming or improper cleaning.
- Any attempt to alter any system on roman shades, or make adjustments by touching rings, cords, gears, springs or clips.
- Any assembly and/or re-assembly of any product.
- Any conditions or damage resulting from the removal of the product or reinstallation in the same or another window.
- Over-steaming, or over-ironing any product.
- Any attempt to remove a stain without prior authorization or instruction.
- Leaving the product in the original shipping box without installing for extended period of time.
- Customer provided fabric.
- Customer provided motor and parts.
- Willow Bloom Pillows.
- Willow Bloom Ottomans.
Any damages occurred during transit need to be made aware to Willow Bloom Home within 3 days of receiving your product.
To obtain Warranty service, contact Willow Bloom Support at (866)709-6058 or e-mail us at [email protected] If it is determined that your claim is subject to warranty, Willow Bloom Home will promptly repair or replace any defective parts at no-charge. Charge-backs for repair will not be honored unless authorized by Willow Bloom Home in advance. Willow Bloom Home retains the right to determine the appropriate method for repairing or remaking the product.
AS-IS; NO OTHER WARRANTIES: THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. WILLOW BLOOM HOME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: WILLOW BLOOM HOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY LISTED ABOVE, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OR RELIEF RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF WILLOW BLOOM HOME PRODUCTS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may or may not apply to you.
